Studies · researchThe science we want to launch
These are the research lines we dream of opening. None is underway yet: they are our honest roadmap. We're looking for labs, universities and funding to turn them into real, serious, open science. Every study is designed with and for people who are blind or have low vision.
- 01Independent scientific committee. External to any single school.
- 02Ethical protocols. With blind people as partners, not subjects of study.
- 03Open publication. Knowledge, in service of all humanity.
- 04Pre-registration and controls. Measuring honestly — including what still lacks academic validation.
- 05Do you research perception? We're looking for scientific allies. Let's talk.
Four studies we want to make real
Ambitious ideas, told honestly. Each one needs allies to exist — and that's exactly the point of this site.
Emotional regulation & intuition · 3 months
A twelve-week pilot combining interoception, attention and intuitive practice, with before/after measures of well-being, calm and perceptual confidence — and a comparison group.
World observatory of perception
An open, living map of the schools, methods and labs working on perception worldwide. Gathering in one place, for the first time, what today is scattered.
Extraocular perception, under rigorous protocol
We want to measure perception in extraocular vision. There are already labs doing this, and we are looking for collaborations.
International perception gathering
A congress that, for the first time, seats echolocation, interoception, sensory substitution, attention and intuitive vision at the same table — with blind people co-leading the program.
All of the above is a roadmap, not a list of achievements. We share it this way on purpose: we prefer an honest invitation to an inflated showcase. If any line lights you up, write to us.
Let's research perception together.
If you work in neuroscience, perception, interoception or plasticity, we want your perspective.
